A whole small outside cafe and eatery area was robbed of its furniture. For example, I've seen the matriarch of the Fyra family - first-generation steal multiple picnic tables from the community lot. This includes Sims who are most certainly not kleptomaniacs. is not activated, yet Sims can't help but swipe items.
I do have mods installed, but nothing that should have this behaviour going on. This is also happening to me it's quite irritating.
